Brad Warner, 33, was arrested and charged in a criminal complaint with receipt of child









. The criminal complaint alleges that in March of 2009, Warnerknowingly received visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, and knowingly possessed visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct...."
