The Wareham Police Department have passed along a missing person report out of Taunton.

Wareham Police state: Eddie Gendron is a Wareham resident for most of his life he’s recently been reported missing out of Taunton. If anyone has seen him in the recent weeks please contact Wareham Police at 508-295-1212.

Taunton Police report: Edward Gendron, born 6/22/1961, last known address 7 Stanley, Apt 2, Taunton. Mr. Gendron was last seen July 9th in Wareham.

"Edward Gendron is 5'8", about 150 lbs, with a white beard wearing gray shorts and shirt. Edward cannot communicate well as he is deaf.

Edward Gendron, 58, is about 5-foot-8-inches tall, and 150 pounds, and has a white beard. His deafness makes it difficult for him to communicate.

He had been living at 7 Stanley Ave., Apt. 2, in Taunton with his brother, and was last seen around July 9 when he was dropped off in the area of Water Wizz, 3031 Cranberry Highway, in Wareham near a location referred to as Tent City. Gendron knows the Wareham, Onset and Buzzards Bay area well and is known to hang out with the homeless community.

Some unidentified human remains have been discovered in Wareham:

"According to a preliminary investigation, the bones appear to be that of a man and there were no indications of foul play, the district attorney's office said.

It was unclear how long the body had been there. Police said the body was concealed by the heavy vegetation."
