Through Google Translate, a few notes from the article:

Elba is Salvadoran

Police searches have included drones and the marine police

The daughter said her mother’s phone is apparently turned off

Some people reported seeing her Monday in the Dorchester neighborhood

It has been too long—missing since Friday, Dec 13. I imagine it must be quite cold over there, right?

She may be in a shelter without ID or in a homeless camp out there. And yes, it's fridged this time of year till sometime in late March around New England because of the Atlantic Coast Ocean wind makes it feel 20 degrees colder than it is.

Awful news. She's been found deceased. :(

There was no apparent indication of foul play in Portillo's death, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office told NBC10 Boston and Telemundo Nueva Inglaterra. ...

Her family told Telemundo they would be sending Portillo's body to El Salvador.
