Elvis Burgos, 40, of 372 Mulberry St., and his son, Joshua Burgos, 21 of the same address will be held for 120 days on charges; they each face of three counts of assault with intent to murder, discharging a firearm and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling.

The Burgos father and son duo are not strangers to trouble with the law.

In 2017, Elvis Burgos pleaded guilty to making Joshua Burgos rob a Fall River McDonald’s in 2013 when he was 14-years-old.
