Reoffending sex offender alert. Kevin B Reid is deemed likely to reoffend and he didn't prove anyone wrong. Thankfully police intercepted messages and photos that got exchanged between a grown man and a 14 year old and a 16 year old. Both girls.

Reid told the girls to skip school and hop a bus to the Cape so they could meet a homeless, grown *** man who we now know to be a RSO.

The look on this mugshot says he isn't too thrilled I'd say. Respect and thanks to the cops that were waiting for him when he thought the kids would arrive.

Kevin B. Reid, 30, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Sr. Mark L. Wolf to 15 years in prison and five years of supervised release. In April 2013, Reid pleaded guilty to attempted coercion and enticement of a minor.
