I've been searching for a thread on Lent, but only find references to him in posts on specific crimes. If I'm missing a thread, please merge or delete this one.

Lent pleaded guilty in 1996 to the 1990 kidnapping and murder of Jimmy Bernardo, 12, of Pittsfield. He received a mandatory sentence of life in prison with no possibility of parole. He was later convicted in Herkimer, N.Y. for the kidnapping and murder of Sara Anne Wood, and sentenced to 25 years to life. He has also confessed to kidnapping and murdering 16-year-old James “Jamie” Lusher from Westfield in 1992.

Missing children cases from the 90s go unsolved. Is a serial killer to blame?

Law enforcement searched a property in Massachusetts in connection with unsolved missing persons cases police believe were committed by a serial killer in the 1990s.

This week a new search was conducted in Lanesborough, MA, The area had been searched before. Unfortunately, nothing new was found. The bodies of Sara Anne Wood and Jamie Lusher have never been found. Authorities believe Lent knows where Sara Anne's body is but Lent has refused to share that information.

Thanks for the update. I was in the area that first week and our car was stopped to give us a flyer about her. This case has been on my mind on and off for years.
