Hi all, I was listening to a recent True Crime Garage podcast about Joel Caulk concerning a 1974 murder in NH where the woman was showing a property for sale. They mentioned a similar case in northern Massachusetts around the same time. I had never heard of this cold case and there seems to be very little out there on the case. Anyone with a casual interest in true crime probably has seen this MO for assault and/or murder of the years. Hopefully, this can jog some memories.

This case seems to go cold pretty quickly. According to the article there was an eyewitness to a possible person of interest, composite picture and fingerprints.

I believe the True Crime Garage podcast episode I listened to was about this NH woman cited in the article
