Apparently Mollie was supposed to go to her parents' house that day, to visit her 4-year-old son, but never showed.

Unfortunately, it seems that Mollie is involved with drugs, which may be related to her disappearance:

This article mentions she had been wanted in Rhode Island for drug charges, after drunk-driving and crashing her car this past August:
