Your missing my point. Should have been taken and examined as part of the investigation into JO's death. That's the main point. Vehicles passing, time stamps. The rest is distraction. As another poster points out, we will never know as this is one more failure of the initial investigation. There are no excuses for investigators allowing their bias towards the homeowner being an ex cop to interfere with their job. Just like BA being a Boston cop across the road at no. 34. Period. Agree to disagree. Moo
This missing Ring Cam footage should be a bigger deal. Not because it would show that KR did not in fact hit JOK, but because it would show what happened in the hours after the alleged incident.
-Things like who left 34 Fairview and when?
- Did JOK ever enter the house?
- Where were all of the cars/trucks/Jeep parked?
- When did Lucky Loughran come plow the street?
- What other vehicles drove by the property? ( there was a unfounded rumor that KR drove by the house before others were alerted)
- Was a Ford Edge parked outside 34 Fairview in the early morning hours that Lucky Loughran saw directly in front of the spot where JOK's body was found?
- Did someone or someones plant JOK's body on the lawn near the street.
- What exactly happened when the 3 ladies arrived on scene and who did what?
- How many EMS vehicles arrived and how loud were they?
- HOW WAS THE CRIME SCENE HANDLED?
- WHO WENT THRU THE SCENE AND WHEN?
- HOW DID SERT SEARCH THE SCENE?
- WHO WERE THE UNKNOWN OFFICERS THAT WERE ALREADY AT THE SCENE WHEN SERT RETURNED LATER IN THE DAY?
- DID ANYONE PLANT EVIDENCE?
- And on and on and on.
So many questions could have been answered IF that camera was working properly! But like so many other things that happened that night, it didn't work properly. Or did it? Maybe it did catch ALL of it but it was either erased, destroyed, or recorded over. We just have to believe that yet another coincidence or miracle happened and equipment that worked 365 days a year just happened to not work in the hours surrounding the death of JOK.
