Town of Canton isn’t cooperating with Karen’s lawyers.

What is the town of Canton hiding?
( Who are they protecting? )

Pondering away....

Pondering away....
The town's attorney is trying to claim "a third party" is investigating something related. As the discovery in question appears to only involve Sean Goode's discipline record, and assuming it's true, I wonder who - or what agency - that might be.

Goode has been on paid leave for an exceptionally long time now. What's going on here? Fire him or reinstate him - what is the hold up?

Russell was crossed about the FBI's medical examiner's opinion. Presumably the report was in the Touhy dump.

Brennan also revealed that a deputy medical examiner hired by the U.S. attorney’s office concluded O’Keefe’s wounds were “highly unlikely to be the result of an animal bite attack. The medical examiner, John Walsh, wrote “the injuries do not photographically appear to be, nor are described as puncture bite wounds,” according to Brennan.

But Russell appeared undeterred by the revelation, saying she believed Walsh “didn’t recognize the pattern” and that few physicians in the country were as qualified to testify about dog bite wounds. “I have at least as much experience as any other possible person in the country, and I have it from both aspects, from the clinical aspect and from the forensic aspect,” Russell said.

It's coming back to me-- Brennan tried to disqualify Russell from testifying during the second trial because she had never examined Chloe the dog, but was pushing Walsh's opinion that the wounds on John's arm were not caused by a dog based on his viewing the photographs.

Right, the same Norfolk County DA's Office where the medical examiner made a mess of Sandra Birchmore's case, and just last week finally agreed to amend the death certificate COD from suicide to undetermined. This Office also charged NFL's Stefon Diggs with felony assault, and he was acquitted on Tuesday. It was horrible-- the State's key witness was worse than Amber Heard! Sorry, this Office lost all credibility with me.

Dr Walsh was the federal medical examiner instructed by DOJ. He has nothing to do with the NC DA's office as far as I can see. His report was included in the Touhy Dump of 2024.

So agree - Norfolk County clearly cannot get out of it's own way...and it seems to be a pattern that is really troubling

First the travesty with Karen and then the whole inconceivable mess with Sandra Birchmore -

And then Stefon Diggs. He should have never been charged and likely as a result lost his position on the Patriots football team.
It was an obvious cash grab with a "victim" who had no credibility - all you had to do was talk to her for a bit to understand it was a shake down - there was not even an investigation.

Whats wrong with this DA?
