Found Safe MA - Richard Todd Fitts, 39, Fall River, 8 June 2018

Richard Todd Fitts, 39, was dropped off on June 8 by his father at the train station in Providence. He was en route to Dudley Square in Boston but it's unclear if he made it there or not. Fitts stands 6 feet tall, weighs about 180 pounds and has brown hair and eyes.
