Robert Toner, 84, of Kingston went missing after leaving his home around 5 a.m. Tuesday. He reportedly suffers from dementia.

Toner’s vehicle, a gray 2011 Hyundai Tucson bearing Massachusetts Registration 710F, was reported to be operating erratically on I-495 in Franklin around 5 p.m. Tuesday. Police say the vehicle was last seen Tuesday at Castle Island in Boston. It has a scrape on the passenger’s side front bumper.
