John was 50-60 years old and sadly died of natural causes in the woods alone. In talking with the detective on Andrew Amato's who is also on this case he said he believes that this man was not local as he would have been ID'd. 5'9"-5'11" 180-201 pounds. White male.

Is there not a family, a wife, or even a friend who is missing this poor man?!

And if there isn't, there is a house standing empty, not using any water or electric, or gas.....which should be ringing alarm bells with utility companies.

Also, if he wasn't local, how did he get there? No car was found nearby Nor any car keys found on his person.

And what was he doing alone in the woods far from home in winter..?

Could he have been homeless,I wonder? Webster has the very famous outside music venue called Indian Ranch on Webster Lake where I spent many happy hours at country concerts. Maybe he came from somewhere else to see a show or work at one or more. So, was transient?

MP4266 Joseph Robertson was last seen leaving the Dover Retirement Facility in Dover, NJ on 1/2/2004. He was 63 years old with a height of 5’11” and weight of 200lbs with graying brown hair and brown eyes. He had no scars/marks/tattoos. No clothing description provided.
I get that the dates are off by two days. Did he live at the retirement facility or was he visiting someone? Maybe they were understaffed over the NYE holiday and didn’t realize he was missing until the 2nd. He really resembles the UID and stats are identical.
@sadnews could you reach out to the detective you’ve previously had contact with? Also fits with the theory that it wasn’t a local.

That appears to be him. PM composite is heavily distorted and bloated but eyes, eyebrows and basic nasal shape are the same.

Only question, how did he get there? it is a 3 hour drive, unlikely to walk. He was elderly and probably special needs
