This is why I was scared to use the bathroom at camp.

Ocean, I would have had a heart attack on the spot.

Well, he showed up in the bedroom doorway (it was dark but a light was on in the hall) and waved a long thin thing at us and said "Is this your snake?", and threw it at us!

We screamed and scrambled up on the bed, standing with our backs against the wall (which is hard to do on a wave-full water bed).

It was a shoelace. Ex-H thought it was the funniest thing. I nearly had a heart attack.

That is probably only one of the good reasons why he is an Ex-H, right? I am glad you can laugh about it now.

Actually, they can't hear... and a washing machine is cold. Likely, he'd wait for you to fall asleep and snuggle up to you in your warm bed. He'd be sooo greatful for it!

I dont like using the toilets when we are camping because they usually have green frogs in them and I dont like those either.

Thanks, Dingo. :blowkiss: It's made my evening knowing cane toadkind is safe for now. :cool2: I will admit they are ugly little creatures. Once, when I was about 15 I was opening the gate one night for my mother to drive through and one jumped on my foot! I screamed. :scream: That caused our unbelievably nosy next door neighbour to come flying down his front stairs with his hair all sticking up. :google: He stared at me. One of those looks that says Well? :sheesh: I mumbled "A cane toad jumped on my foot." :iamashamed0005: He glared at me and stomped back up his stairs. :run: I was so embarassed. :blushing:

I think the song is from the RSPCA ad. I know it's from a commercial for some animal welfare group. I used to love watching the wombat waddle across the screen at the end.

I did have a post where I added lots of smilies just for Philamena but now I know she was part of that evil group trying to bring Websleuths down I have deleted them all. I thought about deleting the whole post but then I realised some of you may have already seen it and wondered where it disappeared to.
