...I have to leave shortly, so I am just putting down some quick musings, but...

One possibility here is that hubby hired someone to do this...Preliminary information possibly supporting this theory includes:

1. LE stated that the crime was not random; - BUT -

2. So far, trace evidence does not seem to point to Raven (the dude is not a rocket scientist, so "no trace" probably means the trace evidence is elsewhere, meaning on someone else's clothes, for example);

3. However, the weapon might have been something known to be in the house (...something LE seems to think also, since they removed several such items....Raven could have easily described such items and their whereabouts to someone);

4. Raven was playing in a soccer game (the perfect alibi), the time, place and location of which is a "fixed event"...long enough for the murder and subsequent events to occur;

5. The baby was unharmed (weird that Abaroa says he came in and kissed Kaiden good night, but did not report that the baby was crying, ya think??);

6. If there was no evidence of forced entry, the perp. could have even been someone known to the Abaroas, which could also explain why the family dogs (if they still exist), didn't bark;

7. Using the embezzlement money for "payment" somehow comes into play here (my "6th sense" is telling me this)...;

8. Timing...he plays the soccer game...a couple of hours elapse, but he just happens to come home while his wife is dying...(in other words, just after the crime is committed); no one is in the house except for baby Kaiden who (thank God) is unharmed...;

9. Raven "plays dumb" (wooo-weee, not to hard to do...), and reports that his wife is "shot"...

...anyone else want to add to this (which is just my opinion, of course), or do y'all think I'm completely off track?

Where did you hear that there is no trace evidence? I thought we were still waiting for the results from the crime lab.

...I guess I was extrapolating from NCBanker's report that said "there was nothing physical to implicate him..."

In other words I am looking at what they are NOT saying, which is that with all of the blood spatter/blood in the walls, etc..., they would have expected to find blood on the perp's clothing or person///unless that person changed clothes...makes me wonder what was tested with Luminol....which rooms, what items, etc...

...as raven heads west to utah...........enroute as we've heard..........

...i wonder if he'll be back on july 22nd for the REAL court date.....the one he HAS to attend...........

...or, perhaps he is just heading out that way to visit family.....we'll see.....
