"INDIANA, Pa. - It would have been nearly impossible for an officer to know the weapon a man pointed at him was an air pistol before he fatally shot the man outside a high school, a police chief said. An Indiana Borough police officer shot and killed Joseph W. Stank, 51, of Indiana, shortly after 2 p.m. Wednesday outside Indiana Area Senior High School when Stank refused to put down the air pistol, said Lt.
