Another search AWP did in Ohio was for Jeffrey Pottinger of Carlisle, OH, who went missing in 2009.

I actually got an email from a seargent of the five rivers metroparks ranger division that Jeffrey Pottinger was recovered from the Great Miami River, a few miles from his home, on September 8th. There was no news about it though.

Glad they let you know. If they haven't completed the investigation, there won't be any more news on it. I guess they have to determine if it is accidental, suicide, or natural causes.

I just saw the news that Doris and Caren Wurst (missing since '74) have been found in a FL canal. I wonder if many family members are still alive. It's been almost 50 years! Hopefully Doris and Caren will be laid to rest in a proper manner.
