I have a John Doe case in mind, however I need a lot more info on either/both. Any help appreciated.
4 months later, a JD was found deceased in a Belgium river. His 'limited' vitals matched that of the missing Argentinian man. He had a maple leaf tattoo, which as far as I know is very much a Canadian thing and also a 'Western style' belt. And he also has a very South American appearance to me. I wonder why this missing man travelled to Canada in the first place, and if he continued on to your Europe instead of returning home?
