I was reading the OJ thread and this came up as a suggestion for me - so I felt the need to comment because of how much Marie meant to me growing up.

I'm a guy who predominantly listens to (and is a DJ of) hard rock and metal. That said, I discovered Roxette when I was pretty young - 1987 or so - and their music just clicked with me. This is a band that has never left my regular rotation.

I loved Marie's voice and her soul and spirit. I feel like she and Per Gessle have been a part of my life for as long as I can remmeber, it her passing hurt more than I expected it would.
