Jennifer Penton and troopers Edwin Rodriguez, David Montanez and Casey Lamonte are being charged with involuntary manslaughter and causing serious bodily injury to a person participating in a training program involving physical exercise, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office said following a news conference in Boston."

" Penton, who supervised the others, also faces a PERJURY CHARGE*--- outside investigator David Meier said she gave false testimony to a special statewide grand jury he'd asked to be empaneled.




* My capitalization to show my exasperation with the ease and pattern of perjury that seems to run rampant within MSP and other law enforcement officials in the state. How many more have lied repeatedly in this and other cases in that state???
