Haunting last CCTV of woman before she was 'killed by Tinder date' on island

University lecturer and Olympic torch bearer Zaliya Shamigulova was murdered by a man she met on Tinder. The suspect, Puryavirsingh Sundur, 29, is an IT engineer from Mauritius and has allegedly confessed to killing and burying her body in a shallow grave. Her body was discovered naked with multiple stab wounds and police also revealed her tongue had been cut out. Detectives are still looking for the missing body parts as well as her clothing.

I can't imagine what this poor woman went through. It sounds as if she was living an amazing, full life, one that was brutally cut short.

''The suspect was reported to have led police to the grave in La Marie, a residential area. A police report said: “He said he was deeply in love with 29-year-old Zaliya Shamigulova and [claimed he] was planning to marry her."
During interrogation, he said that he had “allegedly learned about his new girlfriend's infidelity”. The report added: "On Saturday, the man went to take the Russian woman sightseeing on the island, but in a fit of jealous rage, he pulled out a knife and brutally killed his lover before stripping her and burying her body."
