The specimen was found within the park near a boat dock off of Dulaney Valley Road.

Estimated Year of Death: 1987-1989
Estimated PMI: Years

The discovery of the remains was reported to MSP, College Park (Prince George's County, Maryland), but the remains were found in Baltimore County, Maryland. The remains were found on 06/11/1989, but not reported to MSP until 06/13/1989.
