He's been missing for more than a month now, and Baltimore Police need your help to find 66-year-old Billy Ray Reid.

He hasn't been seen since September 15th, on East 27th Street.

On the 28th of September 2011 at 2000 hours this case was assigned to the Missing Persons Unit Detective George M. Jones for investigation. Information received was that the Missing Person, Billy Reid was last seen on the 15th of September 2011 at about 1650 hours at 441 East 27th Street. Billy Reid was last seen wearing a long sleeve shirt brown in color, blue jeans and brown boots. Billy Reid is suffering from Schizophrenia.

If located please notify the Missing Persons Unit or 911.
