CRITICAL MISSING ALERT:
Christian Douglas (20) is cognitively & developmentally impaired. He was last seen running away from a daycare program around 10 am in the unit block of Gwynn Falls Rd in Owings Mills. Employees were unable to catch him & a thorough search of the area has yielded negative results. Christian is approx. 5'9, 160 lbs, wearing green jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt, & the purple Ravens knit hat depicted in this photograph.

Anyone who sees Christian or may have info on his whereabouts is asked to contact police at the Franklin Precinct at 410-887-6975 or just dial 9-1-1. ^jzp
