Circumstances of Disappearance:
Plummer went missing from Sudlersville, Maryland on July 29, 1984. He was last seen at approximately 8:00 p.m. near his residence and has never been heard from again.

Plummer suffered from dementia at the time of his disappearance. His guardian told authorities that Plummer had wandered away from his home in the past, but he was always located nearby.

Several of Plummer's family members resided in Delaware in 1984 and it's possible that he headed in that direction. His whereabouts remain unknown and his case remains unsolved.
