Elderly Baltimore woman with dementia & Alzheimer’s last seen by family in February.

Officers do say that Constance could be staying with a friend and caretaker that relatives are unfamiliar with.

What an odd case. Has not been seen since Feb? May be with unknown caretakers? 81 yrs old! Unfortunate that her family didn't have family/friends that keep tabs on her at that age and with the dementia and such.

Apparently she was found after this incident in Feb and then went missing AGAIN in August 2017and found safe once again:

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – Baltimore City police have found an 81-year-old woman who went missing overnight.

Police cancelled the lookout just after 9 a.m. after Constance Cockey was last seen on in the 600 block of West Lombard Street early Friday morning. Police say she suffers from Dementia. She was found unharmed.
