https://identifyus.org/cases/2707 - link to this case.

The marina is on the Susquehanna river that flows downstream. This area is only a few miles from the Pennsylvania state line.

Thanks, Alfie, I forgot to post her NamUs link and page on Doe Network. Whoops, my bad.

I am sorry to say that this part of the Susquehanna, where it flows out to meet the headwaters of the Chesapeake, has seen a few bodies pulled from the water in previous years, including the murdered Baltimore teen, Phylicia Barnes. (Barnes was dubbed "Baltimore's Natalee Holloway" by the media; her killer remains free.)

It's sad because this is a peaceful area with hardly any criminal element to speak of. I often like to walk around by the docks at the marina, being a local resident. A lot of debris, unfortunately, washes into the marina and creates a bit of an eyesore. Seems that they don't do a very good job of cleaning that out, or any general maintenance really. I have a suspicion that this Jane Doe was dumped further up the river, possibly in Pennsylvania. There are few details available in this case. Of course, with no head or even torso located, her identity becomes even more murky.

Just thought that even though only her limb(s) were recovered, that this woman deserved a thread on Web Sleuths.

Only one MP in Namus from PA in in early 1998 (as it was suggested above that this was this UID may have originated there) and she doesn't match on age or race.

Bump for this woman. Almost 5 years with no activity.

Anyone find a newspaper article printed around the time this UID was found? GG will most likely need to happen for identification since very little remains were discovered.

She wore Black "Coasters" boots size 8 1/2 with black laces, boots have brass colored Logo with no writing just a southwestern type design.
