On 6/6/2018 Carlisle PD received information that 16 year old Doris Benitez-Cabrera had gone missing while visiting her aunt in Laurel, Maryland. Benitez-Cabrera reportedly went missing on 5/25/2018 at approximately 1600 hours. Benitez-Cabrera was last seen in a mall in the Laurel area, wearing a pink, short sleeve blouse, black exercise tights and black sandals. Benitez-Cabrera had told her mother that she needed to use the restroom while walking around the mall and never returned.

Also went missing in February 2018 and was not found until May according to NCMEC Facebook post National Center for Missing & Exploited Children

Going to the restroom and not coming back, i'm sad to say but this makes me think of human trafficking. She is young, beautiful and it seems like she vanished. Can't believe that this doesn't get more coverage, it's a strange disappearance.

She ran away again in May 2019 from Carlisle, PA.

Police looking for teen runaway from Carlisle

Benitez-Cabrera is 5’1″ tall, weighs about 120 pounds, and has several tattoos on the inside of her left forearm. One of the tattoos is of the number “13” and another is of a marijuana plant, police said.
