Found Safe MD - Dorothy Simms, 64, Frederick, Nov 2016

Dorothy Leigh Simms, 64, was last seen in November 2016. Police say Simms lived in the 700 block of Heather Ridge Drive, but they did not say whether that was the location where she was last seen.
Her family told police she was wearing a black hoodie, black yoga pants and black boots when they last saw her.
