Harford County school teacher facing child pornography charges

A Harford County elementary school teacher was arrested in connection to possession and distribution of child pornography.

According to Harford County Sheriff's Office, Dominic Lafrancesca, 27, of Bel Air, was taken into custody on Aug. 18, and has been charged with 11 counts related to child pornography.
