Aberdeen, MD – The Aberdeen Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance locating a missing 23 year old woman. Elsie Lugo-Cruz was last seen in Aberdeen on the evening on November 7, 2018 when she left her friend’s home whom she had been staying with. Since going missing, Elsie has missed time at work, which is out of character for her. Elsie is described as a 5’1” tall and thin. She has a tattoo of the name “Emiliano” on her left collarbone. Elsie could possibly be driving an older model silver BMW with unknown tag number. If anyone has any information about her whereabouts please contact that Aberdeen Police Department at 410-272-2121. All tips are confidential.
