Johnny Wayne Freeman, Jr. left his home in the 1000 block of Fuselage Avenue in Essex this morning around 2:30 a.m. Police have reason to believe he may be in need of medical attention.
Mr. Freeman is 6'0", 200 pounds, has blue eyes, short brown hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and gray pants.
