Police need help locating a missing 14-year-old from Rockville, Md.

Kevin Michael Franklin was last seen leaving his residence on Pitt Place around 5:30 p.m. on Monday.

He is described as a white male, 5’07” tall, and weighing 140 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Franklin was last seen wearing a blue zip-up hoodie, green long sleeve shirt, blue and white Adidas track pants, and white tennis shoes.

For personnal reasons, and to help him as well, I have been looking online for more precise information as to how/by who and where Kevin was "found safe". All the posts and articals only mention "has been found safe" with no details other than that. I know this seems like a strange request, its not
