Police issue Amber Alert for missing 9-year-old boy, 18-month-old girl from Montgomery Co.

***AMBER ALERT***

An AMBER Alert is being issued on behalf of the Montgomery County Police Department for the following:

Kingston Perry, 9, African American male, 4', 60 lbs., blk hair, brown eyes, unknown clothing description; and

Karina Perry, 18 months, African American female, 2', 30 lbs, blk hair, brown eyes, unknown clothing description.

In the company of Dwight Reylando Perry, 35, African American male, 6', 190 lbs, with Mohawk-style haircut, unknown clothing description.

The three were last seen about 1 pm today in Gaithersburg, Montgomery County.

Dwight Perry should be operating a blue, 2016 Toyota Camry, four-door, MD tag 5DF8922

If seen, call 911 immediately. Do not take further action.

Police issue Amber Alert for missing 9-year-old boy, 18-month-old girl from Montgomery Co.

Police believe the two are with their father, 35-year-old Dwight Reylando Perry, who police say took off with the children after stabbing his girlfriend in the 700 block of West Side Drive around 1:06 p.m.

The woman who was stabbed is the biological mother to the 18-month-old baby girl, Karina Perry, but not the 9-year-old boy, Kingston Perry, police confirmed in a press release to ABC7.

CHILD # 2: Karina Noel Perry, B/F, 12/20/2016, 2-0, 30 pounds, Black hair and Brown eyes. Unknown clothing at this time.

SUSPECT: Dwight Reylando Perry, B/M, 5/18/1983, 6-0, 190 pounds, Black hair and Brown eyes. Dwight Perry has a mohawk style haircut. Unknown clothing at this time.

Amber Alert issued out of Montgomery County for 2 kids abducted, police say

Following the stabbing, Dwight Perry fled the scene with the children, according to officials. Authorities told FOX 5's Evan Lambert that Dwight Perry was believed to have been found in Prince George's County, but they were working to confirm those details. At the time, police said they believe the vehicle he was driving and the children have not been located.

Amber Alert Canceled For Missing 9-Year-Old Boy, 18-Month-Old Girl

Police said Dwight Perry turned himself in sometime after 6:30 p.m. The children were found safe and unharmed.

Prince George’s County Police say Karina Perry was found at a daycare in the 2700 block of Philben Drive in Hyattsville and Kingston Perry was with a family member in the 6000 block of Riggs Road.
