On October 2, 2022 just after 5 p.m., police say 28-year-old Raven Harris abducted her 1-year-old son, Legend Parham from the 500 block of Laurens Street.

The boy was in the custody of his foster family when Harris took him and fled the location in an unknown sedan. ...

Anyone having seen , and or knowing the whereabouts of Raven Harris and Legend Parham is asked to call homicide detectives at 410-396-2100 or dial 911.
