ESSEX, Md. — Baltimore County police are asking for the public's help to find a missing teenager.
Madison Lenay Powell, 13, was last seen around 7:45 a.m. Friday in the Essex area wearing a black shirt with Nickelodeon characters, black pants, tiger-print crocs and a blue bookbag.
She's 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 183 pounds.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or police at 410-887-0220.
