Martaz Graham was last seen on July 23, with his 18-year-old cousin in the downtown area. Someone also told police they had seen Martez in the Mount Clair and South Carey Street area.

Why is THIS picture posted for a missing little boy?

For crying out loud it looks like a mug shot or he's high or something.

I will never understand why some photos are selected when trying to find someone. It's sad and unacceptable in my opinion.

I'm wondering if he has special needs. Sometimes it's difficult to get a "good" pic of kids with special needs. Poor little guy please get home safe and sound
