Ramon Ruiz, 31, of Baltimore, is wanted for second-degree rape.

Good news & bad news at the same time.
Somehow that 14 y/o was able to make that phone call. She had already experienced trauma by Ruiz, but she was headed for much more and who knows what she would be facing had she been trafficked far away.
She'll need professional help to overcome the pain and fear, but she can be proud of what she did with the phone call.
This child was fortunate to be found, and at least Sanchez Centeno is in custody. Maybe she will tell LE as much as she knows about his whereabouts if she knows.
Brave young girl. Hoping she can be helped professionally to deal with her trauma.
