Missing Adult: Nicholas Riley, Caucasian Male, 25yo, with blue eyes, blonde hair, large gauge rings in his ear lobes and a nose ring.

Family members are concerned for Nicholas Riley’s welfare and have reported him missing. There are factors which make Nicholas Riley a critically missing person.

Nicholas Riley was last seen on 11/04 at 5 p.m. in the unit block of Wellington Place. He may be driving a blue 2000 Ford Explorer with MD registration 2CH2348.
