Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman.
Nicole Hooks, age 30, of the 1800 block of Metzerott Road in Adelphi, was last seen on foot at the intersection of Sligo Avenue and Fenton Street in Silver Spring at approximately 7:25 a.m. on Saturday, February 23.
Hooks is described as an African American female who is 5’6” tall and weighing 200 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Hooks was last seen wearing a long black coat, dark gray jeans, and blue sneakers. She may also be carrying a black backpack and a duffle bag. Hooks is known to frequent the downtown Silver Spring area and the Columbia Heights neighborhood located in Northwest, Washington, D.C.
Police and family are concerned for Hooks’ welfare.
