Police are searching for a missing 23-year-old woman who was last seen Tuesday evening in Bel Air.

Olivia McKewen was last seen in the area of Rock Spring Road and Belair Road in Bel Air.

That's interesting it says from Easton, MD. That's a good 2 hours from BelAir. Rock Spring Road is residential through there, it does lead to RT 1 which can take you to either Baltimore (South) or Philly (North). Not a walking friendly road. If she walked one way on Rock Spring Road there is the Harford County Detention Center with a ton of cameras, under the underpass there are supermarkets, gas stations and a McDonalds (I worked at this McD's in HS) all with cameras. The other way on Rock Spring Road gets mostly residential with a cemetery, not sure if there would be cameras that way. That's all supposing she was on foot.
