Otto Campbell was last seen in the 1100 block of Ivy Club Lane in Landover in on the morning of February 15. He is described as a black male, 5’1” tall and 93 pounds. He was wearing a white shirt, gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, with black and orange shoes.

He was last seen driving a blue 2007 Ford Focus bearing North Carolina registration DLM-9941 with damage to the rear bumper.
