Sarah Hughes was reported missing after she left a Rockville hospital and disappeared.

Police say Hughes was last seen leaving Shady Grove Hospital in the 9900 block of Medical Center Drive in Rockville.

It is not said if Hughes was a patient or a visitor when she left the hospital and disappeared.

Not much to go on here, especially without a middle initial. The photo I don't think is recent, she looks younger than 51 in it, to me anyway. Nothing at all on social media except MSM reports that have no additional info.

Update: Sarah Hughes has been located deceased. No foul play is suspected.
