Help Police Locate Missing 15 year-old

The Baltimore Police Department needs your help locating 15 year-old Syed Muhammad Weaver.

Syed was last seen on February 4, 2019, in the 600 Tolna Street.

Family and friends are concerned about Syed’s well-being.

Syed Muhammad Weaver is five-feet, seven-inches tall and weighs approximately 145 pounds. Syed was last seen wearing a puffy black winter jacket, Khaki pants and Nike sneakers.

This is very local to me - about ten minutes away. I’m wondering about the delay in this reporting. I haven’t heard anything locally and usually the police helicopter (Foxtrot) will go out with a spotlight to look for missing minors who may be in the area.

It looks like he put his high school graduation year as 2015, as well as attending Towson University (about 30 minutes from home in Baltimore). I’m assuming he didn’t graduate high school at age 11, so he’s made himself appear older on Facebook. Someone commented on his relationship post in 2017 saying he’s not supposed to have a Facebook page...Not sure if there’s anything to make of these tidbits


A little info on the neighborhood, Greektown, where the 690 block of Tolna street is located: I-895 runs along one of its borders, it’s very close to Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital, it’s an area that will likely gentrify in coming years and is currently very diverse, contains a mixture of businesses and residences (usually row homes)
