Baltimore. The 11-year old is in critical condition, shot in the head. Mother is stable. No apparent motive. Victims and perp did not know each other.

She looks deranged in the photo, and has what looks like a heart tattoo under her eye. I wonder if that's anything like the teardrop tattoo (is this gang-related?) or if it signifies grief over someone she lost? What does she have against this child to shoot him in the head???

Unable to find updates on the victims, nor the crazy assailant. I hope the little guy is making some progress. So sad.
