Circumstances of Recovery ON 11/12/1996 a hunter discovered a cranium near Sebasco Creek on the Sebasco Estates in Phippsburg. A forensic anthropology examination was conducted and revealed the cranium belonged to someone likely aged 18-30, female, probably Caucasoid, and having died between 20 years and 18 months prior to being found. A subsequent canine search of the area did not reveal any other remains.

I wonder if this could be Lelena Lipp - the timeline doesn't match exactly but she's the only woman 18-30 missing from that area.

Lelena has DNA in Codis. I submitted her and Cynthia Ancona as matches for the other Phippsburg Jane Doe. The ME reached out to both families for a dna sample.

But I doubt they have dna on file for these remains due to the fact that they couldnt definitively determine sex
