Arthur Williams Jr, a 79-year-old man was last seen Tuesday afternoon at his home in the 14000 block of Woodmont. He was last seen wearing a green Spartans baseball cap, a black t-shirt, black khaki pants, and brown slip-on shoes, the release said. He left the house on foot, and his family is concerned because Williams is new to the area and suffers from dementia.
