70-year-old gets prison after killing man and leaving him in shed

Michael Oliver Murphy shared just one statement before finding out his punishment for the April 2016 murder of a 31-year-old Clarkston man.

"I'm sorry, your honor" are the words Murphy, 70, of Davison Township said in court Monday, April 9, prior to Genesee Circuit Judge Judith A. Fullerton handing down a sentence of 7-15 years in prison after a plea agreement was reached in the case.
