Just wondering how far off a height measure could be after a traumatic accident?

This MP (last seen a couple of weeks before the decedent passed away) is said to be 4 inches taller, but almost identical weight, within 4 pounds. It was the shape of his very thick brows and general "look' that made me look twice. I think he really resembles this UID. www.namus.gov/MissingPersons/Case#/859/details?nav especially if the UID picture is a drawing and not a photo (I'm not sure).

Any feedback/thoughts?
