Guessing they have not heard of the Bruce McArthur case in Toronto, but maybe the person who put the head there did. imo. speculation. rbbm.

This person will be very difficult to identify, wondering if the rest of the remains are in other flower pots in the area, maybe near other churches? speculation, imo
